It is important to make sure that you are eating more fruits and veggies and steering clear of the bad carbohydrates. You also need to make sure that you are drinking enough water each day. Since tea, pop and coffee do not count towards your total water intake, you will need to cut back on those.
Positive Thinking
You may not believe it, but the way you think and the way you process has quite a bit to do with your rate of success. Negative thinking and the belief that you will eventually fail will undoubtedly result in failure. Positive thinking on the other hand will have the opposite effect.
