Your body actually actually starts to crave sugary sweet tasting food, and the more high sugar high taste food there is available, then the more this craving is met and the more your body is habituated to this high sugar high taste diet and the more you will gain in weight.

When Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig and many others sell you a diet , they're selling you a miss leading idea.

They assert couple of things, firstly that the diet you consume is the norm and once you have done their program you are able to return to the way you ate before, and secondly that you'll require their program and specially cooked meals to lose weight. This is a lie. If you need to get slimmer you have to change the way you eat food and they whys as to the reasons you consume the foodstuff you do, you have to shift you paradigm.
